CERAMICS CARE

Our ceramics are handcrafted with love and designed for daily use.

DO:

* Hand wash with warm water and mild detergent.
* Dry thoroughly after washing to prevent water stains or buildup.
* Use non-abrasive cloths or sponges.
* Store carefully—avoid stacking heavy pieces.

AVOID:

* Sudden temperature changes (e.g., fridge to oven or microwave).
* Using metal utensils that may cause scratching.
* Microwave use (unless stated microwave-safe).

Note: Slight variations in glaze or texture are part of their artisanal charm.

 

PORCELAIN CARE

KOOZI porcelain is known for its smooth, elegant finish—perfect for effortless luxury.

DO:

* Dishwasher safe on gentle cycle.
* Suitable for microwave use (unless gold/silver rimmed).
* Stack with protective padding (like felt or linen) between items.

AVOID:

* Exposing gold/silver-rimmed pieces to the microwave.
* Abrasive scrubbers or harsh detergents.

Note: Porcelain may develop subtle marks with use—these add character but can be minimized with a gentle baking soda paste.

 

BOROSILICATE GLASS CARE

Lightweight, thermal-resistant, and ultra-clear—our borosilicate glassware is made to impress.

DO:

* Dishwasher safe (top rack preferred).
* Safe for hot and cold beverages.
* Rinse with warm soapy water for everyday cleaning.

AVOID:

* Using on stovetops, open flames, or under broilers.
* Dropping or forceful impacts—even though it’s tough, it’s still glass!

Note: For stubborn stains (e.g. tea/coffee), soak in vinegar and baking soda before rinsing.
