Lead Time Requirements
Standard Gift Boxes (Non-Personalized):
Order must be placed at least 2 months prior to your event date.
This ensures we can curate and deliver your boxes with our signature care.
Personalized Gift Boxes (e.g. names, custom tags, logos):
Order must be placed at least 3 months prior to your event.
This allows time for design approval, personalization, and production.
Payment Terms
A 50% downpayment is required to confirm your order and begin the process.
A signed contract must be submitted along with your down payment.
The remaining 50% balance will be due 2 weeks before shipping.
PLEASE NOTE: The 50% down payment is non-refundable once the contract is signed, as this secures your materials, custom production, and design services.
